Meet Liberty’s newest talent.

Liberty & Beauty welcomes the newest addition to our team of talent, Berlin!!  We’re so excited to have him in our roster with his wide range of abilities in both men’s grooming and women’s styling alike. 

Berlin’s inspiration to work with hair came from his childhood, growing up in the salons and barbershops of Puerto Rico. By the time he was 13, he knew exactly what he wanted to be. So he moved to New York where he began his apprenticeship in men’s grooming under his father. 

After years of barbering through New York, Berlin decided he was ready to expand his hair journey and further his career into the salon atmosphere. This has been a natural move for him, as he is skilled in working with a vast spectrum of hair textures and styles. If asked, he would tell you his taste mostly lies with flowing, beautiful hair and he absolutely loves working with natural wave patterns.

&BEAUTY: The (Still) At Home Edition

Now Taking “Tentative” Bookings

As we get closer to a tentative reopening date, the &BEAUTY team has been taking this time to plan and prepare our salons for a safe return.  Upon reopening, we will be limiting the capacity as well as hours of operation so that our staff will have time to thoroughly clean between each client.  Gloves and masks will be a requirement for all of our stylists and we ask our clients wear protective face coverings as well.

We are hopeful that New York State’s projected date of May 15th will hold and we will continue to communicate with local government for any updates, suggestions or changes.  In the meantime, you can finally book your appointments with us again!

If the re-open date does get pushed back again, we will work with our clients to reschedule your appointments. We are anticipating that a lot of people will be trying to book their appointments all at once when an official date is announced, so this is our way of trying to get ahead of it.
